• Song from Catalog: Picked from the Master Song Book. Automatically snapshots title, artist, key, tempo (BPM), tuning, vocal lead, and target duration.
• Set Break: Inserts set dividers (e.g. Set 1, Set 2, Intermission, Encore) with customizable break durations in minutes. Automatically subtotals runtime for each individual set.
• Stage Cue: Inserts stage memos (e.g. guitar swaps, band introductions, guest singer announcements, backing track launches) with assigned durations in seconds or minutes.

Dynamic Time Budgeting & Curfew Warnings

As you add and reorder items, BandRoom's time budgeting engine dynamically computes show metrics in real time:

• Per-Set Runtimes: Calculates total playing time for each set block.
• Intermission & Break Totals: Sums total planned break time.
• Total Show Length: Combines playing duration and intermissions.
• Estimated Finish Time: Stage Time + Total Show Duration (e.g. 21:30 + 1h 15m = 22:45).
• Curfew Overrun Warning: Compares estimated finish against the venue curfew:
  • Normal (Green): Finish time is safely ahead of curfew (>15m buffer).
  • Tight (Amber): Finish time is within 15 minutes of curfew.
  • Curfew Breach (Red Alert): Planned setlist exceeds curfew. BandRoom displays a prominent warning badge (e.g. "+8 min over curfew"), prompting you to cut a song or shorten banter.
